Consentement et conditions des textos
Respondo est un assistant par texto pour les petites entreprises de services au Québec. Voici comment on reçoit nos textos, et comment on arrête.
Comment on s'inscrit
Personne ne reçoit de texto de Respondo sans avoir écrit en premier.
- Un propriétaire d'entreprise s'inscrit en textant son code d'invitation à notre numéro principal. C'est ce premier texto qui constitue son consentement. Il reçoit alors son propre numéro Respondo et configure son assistant par texto.
- Un client de cette entreprise texte le numéro de l'entreprise pour poser une question ou demander un service. L'assistant répond à ce client, dans la conversation qu'il a lui-même commencée.

Parfait. Ton numéro d'affaires est le 514-555-0123. Donne-le à tes clients: je réponds à leurs textos 24/7 et je te consulte quand c'est à toi de décider.
Quels textos on envoie
- Des réponses aux questions des clients (prix, heures, services, disponibilités).
- Des questions au propriétaire quand l'assistant ne sait pas, et le relais de sa réponse au client.
- Des confirmations et des rappels de rendez-vous, et la liste des rendez-vous du lendemain au propriétaire.
Aucune publicité, aucun envoi de masse. La fréquence dépend de la conversation. Des frais de messagerie et de données standards peuvent s'appliquer selon ton forfait cellulaire.
Pour arrêter
Réponds STOP à n'importe quel texto pour ne plus en recevoir de ce numéro. Tu recevras une seule confirmation, puis plus rien.
Réponds AIDE ou HELP pour obtenir de l'aide, ou écris-nous à support@respondo.ca.
Pour recommencer à recevoir des textos, réponds START.
Tes données
On garde les textos échangés avec l'assistant pour qu'il puisse suivre la conversation et servir l'entreprise que tu as contactée. On ne vend ni ne partage les numéros de téléphone. Un propriétaire peut faire supprimer son entreprise et ses conversations en nous écrivant.

Respondo is a text-message assistant for small service businesses in Québec. Here is how people start receiving our texts, and how they stop.
How people opt in
Nobody receives a text from Respondo without texting first.
- A business owner signs up by texting their invite code to our main number. That first text is their consent. They then receive their own Respondo number and set up their assistant by text.
- A customer of that business texts the business's number to ask a question or request service. The assistant replies to that customer, inside the conversation the customer started.

What we send
- Answers to customers' questions (prices, hours, services, availability).
- Questions to the owner when the assistant doesn't know, and the owner's answer relayed to the customer.
- Appointment confirmations and reminders, and the next day's appointment list for the owner.
No marketing, no bulk messages. Message frequency depends on the conversation. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages from that number. You'll get one confirmation, then nothing more.

To start receiving texts again, reply START.
Your data
We keep the texts exchanged with the assistant so it can follow the conversation and serve the business you contacted. We never sell or share phone numbers. An owner can have their business and its conversations deleted by writing to us.
